How this one started
One brief, no proposal. We built it, then talked about terms.
A product built to be used rather than demoed: real data, real edge cases, and the unglamorous parts finished.
People do not switch banks for features. They switch for the first five minutes.
Problem
Traditional banking apps make the simple things slow: seeing what you actually spent, moving money to someone, freezing a card at the moment you need to.
The three things people do every week put on the first screen, with the rest arranged behind them rather than competing for the same space.
